A fast, low-cost read on a repair scope, builder quote, or maintenance proposal, for owners, landlords, and strata clients across Perth and regional Western Australia.

You send the documents. We tell you whether there is a real problem, what looks incomplete or unrealistic, and what the sensible next step is. It is designed to answer one question cheaply: is this worth doing something about?

How It Works

Send your documents

The repair scope, builder quote, maintenance proposal, or report you are unsure about, along with any photos of the property.

We review them

A desktop read by someone who writes and prices scopes for a living, looking for omissions, vague wording, and assumptions that do not hold.

You get a clear answer

A short diagnostic telling you what the issues are and what to do next, including whether doing nothing further is the right call.

What You Get

Your choice of a short written summary by email or a 15-minute call, whichever suits you better. Either way it covers the same four things.

Most Snapshots are turned around within two business days of receiving your documents. If the material is outside what this service can usefully assess, we will tell you before charging anything.

What the Fee Covers

The Snapshot is deliberately narrow. Keeping it tightly bounded is what allows it to be $199 rather than $1,000, so the allowances below are firm rather than indicative.

Up to 3 documents or 10 pages in total, whichever is reached first
Up to 10 photographs
Up to 30 minutes of desktop review
One written summary or one 15-minute call
A recommendation on the most sensible next step

Not part of this service

A full scope review or detailed written report
A line-by-line quote comparison
Insurer representation or claims handling of any kind
Legal advice or policy coverage advice
Project management or contractor oversight
A substitute for site inspection where physical condition matters

If your material exceeds the allowances, we will say so before starting rather than working through it and invoicing you afterwards. You can then trim what you send, or move to a package sized for the job. Nothing gets charged beyond the $199 without you agreeing to it first.

Where It Leads

The Snapshot is a diagnostic, not a destination. Where it identifies something worth pursuing, the recommendation will point to one of these, and your $199 comes off the fee if you proceed within 7 days. Where it does not, we will tell you that too.
