We are not builders, contractors, certifiers, engineers, architects, or legal practitioners, and nothing on this site should be relied upon as advice in those disciplines. Our insurance repair assistance is limited to review of repair scopes, methodology, and commercial completeness. It does not constitute financial product advice, insurance claims handling, claims management on behalf of insureds, or representation of any party in insurance negotiations. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and do not provide any service requiring one. All services are provided on an advisory basis only. We do not act as superintendent, contract administrator, or project manager unless separately and specifically agreed in writing. Our liability is limited to the terms set out in our engagement agreement.
